Shipping + Returns

 

Q: When do you ship?

A: Every weekday!

 

Q: Do you ship outside of U.S.?

A: Yep, I ship to everywhere as far as I know!

 

Q: What happens if my product ends up damaged/incorrect?

A: Just shoot me a message with my email: wenwen.neale@gmail.com and we'll get to the bottom of it! Please make sure to add your order number and any pictures of the product (if it came out damaged during transit)

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Depends on where you live:

 U.S. 1-2 weeks

Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks

 

Q: Can I add custom messages/special requests to my order?

A: I use to be able to do this, but I now have all my orders fulfilled by a third party company. Because of this I don't have control about adding custom messages or doing special requests such as gift receipts/birthday requests, I'm sorry! :-(
